“The more I train and coach the more I realize it’s so much more about body image and confidence for young athletes, women and men alike.
My goal is to lead people in the right direction with a healthy body image and outlook, and teach them to make good choices for their future so they never have a unbalanced relationship between food and body. As a former Division 1 Soccer player, and current bikini Competitor and fitness model I am sick of it and want to change the script. If I can prove to even one person that it’s really the Marathon not the sprint, and with persistence and progress you don’t have to kill and starve yourself to Be in amazing shape. You really just need to love your body and yourself enough to choose healthy. Always choose healthy….”

“In the modern world we live in, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the everyday. Yoga has always been a place I can turn to take pause and turn my attention inward. Stepping on the mat is not an escape for me, rather it’s a window into my life in it’s entirety. Patterns, feelings (both physical and mental), perceived limitations, and intentions all show up in yoga practice. Thus the practice allows me to address myself in the fullest, for better or worse, and to grow.
However, it is of utmost importance to me that people practice yoga safely. In a world where there are seemingly infinite methods to practicing yoga, it’s important to stay attuned to your own body and practice. I’m a stickler for proper alignment, props, and working from where you are, ego aside. By starting with a good foundation you open the door to health and longevity of mind, body, and soul. See you on the mat!”
